SHIRAZ, Fars Province A drug trafficker who had swallowed 30 small packages of heroin to escape arrest lost his life, the Public Relations Department of the provincial Law Enforcement Forces (LEF) announced here on Tuesday.

The smuggler who was a passenger of a bus swallowed the packages containing 175 grams of heroin when the bus was stopped for a search at an inter-city road police checkpoint.
